If LGGS Trading does not have an equal replacement for the defective item, we will offer an alternative replacement at Buyer's approval.
We do not allow replacement of higher value units and We do not allow cash refunds unless the item is really defective and there's no other possible item alternative for replacement (Subject for approval)
